Lime-sulfur, Bordeaux mixture, collomite (JAS organic mite-killing agent)



The destemmed Merlot grapes were fermented in resin tanks with maceration for one week. Before the fermentation was fully complete, the juice was pressed and left to finish fermenting in liquid form. After fermentation, the wine was aged for ~8 months in barrels and stainless steel tanks before bottling.
